We have a company characterized by hardworking, highly competent, friendly people.Clean Scapes is looking for a talented Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader.CHARACTERISTICS OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATEA “can do,” no excuses, attitudeAbility to work collaboratively with people different from you with humility and respectExperience and aptitude for landscape maintenance workAbility to lead others and promote safe, efficient, and collaborative work environmentDependable, on time, and a person of their wordProactive, dependable, and demonstrates great communication skillsDemonstrates high integrity and honestyService-orientedProblem-solving abilities—especially as related to landscape maintenance issuesExcellent communication skills and ability to work with crews and Account ManagersROLE + RESPONSIBILITIESExecute work following the direction of Crew Leaders and Account Managers.Safely operate Clean Scapes vehicles, including pickup trucks, box trucks, and trucks with trailers, to transport crew members, equipment, and materials to and from jobsites.Load, secure, transport, and unload landscaping equipment, tools, and materials safely.Proficient use of various hand tools and landscaping equipment.Perform duties associated with commercial landscape maintenance.Work collaboratively with people from all backgrounds, emphasizing communication, cooperation, and teamwork.Take care of all equipment, materials, vehicles, trailers, and uniforms.Attend training classes and certifications as needed or instructed by supervisors.Follow Clean Scapes safety policies and guidelines, including safe driving and trailer operation.Other duties as assigned.EXPERIENCEPrior landscaping experience preferred; a strong willingness to learn is essential.Valid driver's license with a minimum of three (3) years of driving history required.Experience driving pickup trucks, box trucks, and/or trucks with trailers is preferred but not required.Must maintain a safe driving record.Reliable transportation to the office or jobsite.Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr Clean Scapes LLC
