Senior VP of Land Acquisitions & Development

LGI Homes is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Land Acquisitions and Development to lead the Portland market's land strategy, entitlements, engineering, and development programs in alignment with LGI Homes' standards and culture.
You will underwrite acquisitions, negotiate and execute contracts, oversee all engineering approvals, manage budgets and costs, recruit and develop staff, and travel as needed to close deals.
