Our client in Alma is looking for a Assembly Laborer. As an Assembly Laborer, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Laborer

Location: ALMA, MI

Pay Range: $17.50

Shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm, overtime can be heavy including Saturdays

What's the Job?

• Fabricate finished walls and stands to support the assembly process
• Install wall skins on completed wall frames, including bending if required
• Use hand and power tools to install stands according to specifications
• Follow safety policies and procedures at all times
• Read order-specific instructions and engineered drawings to ensure accuracy

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED
• Attention to detail and visual judgment skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and work up to 50+ hours a week if needed
