Job DescriptionACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE / CASH CONTROL
Domino Management Services in Aurora, MO, a management company for a local wholesale lighting distributor, is looking for an Accounts Receivable / Cash Control clerk to join our accounting team.
Duties include:
Cash Control:
- Pick up and process daily mail
- Batch incoming customer checks for deposit.
- Deposit batches via remote deposit scanner
AR:
- Process and post incoming payments for open accounts receivable.
- Send invoices and accounts receivable statements.
- Monitor customer accounts and note all communication activity.
- Call customers to obtain payment status on past due invoices and provide copies of any missing invoices.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Answer incoming calls for accounts receivable department.
- Monitor various customer account portals for invoices and payment processing.
- Accounting duties as assigned by CFO and Accounting Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Accounts Receivable, accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Experience with spreadsheets, word processing and email communication
- Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Team player with a positive attitude
Schedule
Monday - Friday
40 hours per week
7:00 AM to 04:00 PM, 1 hour lunch
Salary based on experience
