• Shift: Days, 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM
• Shift Duration: 10 hours
• Shifts Per Week: 4
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250 - $2,370
• Call Schedule: Every third weekend and 1 to 2 days per week; holiday coverage may be requested

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; CVOR experience or perioperative nursing experience strongly preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Comfort working in a cardiovascular surgery and operating room environment
• Ability to participate in call rotation and support weekend coverage as needed
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient safety focus

Responsibilities

• Support the cardiovascular operating room team during surgical procedures
• Prepare the operating room, instruments, and equipment for cases
• Assist with circulating and/or scrub duties based on assignment needs
• Maintain a safe, sterile, and efficient perioperative environment
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changing clinical needs
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative staff to ensure smooth case flow
• Document care accurately and follow established clinical protocols
