Arium Real Estate is looking for full-time Florida real estate agents who are growth-minded, coachable, and ready to take an active role in building their business.

Coaching Development: Get practical coaching, training, and accountability designed to help you strengthen your skills and increase your production.

Lead Growth Opportunities: Gain access to multiple lead sources, including Zillow opportunities, along with additional ways to grow within Arium. For agents who are a good fit, there is also the opportunity to explore our Flex Team model.

Technology Systems: Use tools designed to help you manage your pipeline, follow up consistently, stay organized, and spend more time building relationships and closing business.

Broker Transaction Support: Work with accessible broker support, Contract-to-Close assistance, and administrative resources that help you stay focused on your customers and your business.

A Culture of Learning: Education is part of who we are. Arium operates its own in-house real estate school and has built a culture where agents are encouraged to keep learning, growing, and adapting.

A Growing Florida Brokerage: Be part of an independent Florida brokerage that's growing while remaining focused on agent development, collaboration, and support.

We're looking for agents who:

1. Hold an active Florida real estate license.
2. Treat real estate as a full-time business.
3. Have real-world sales experience and are motivated to increase their production.
4. Follow up consistently and respond quickly to opportunities.
5. Are willing to work leads and build relationships.
6. Participate in coaching, training, and accountability.
7. Use the systems and technology provided to help build their business.
8. Are open to feedback, willing to learn, and ready to adapt as their business grows.

Experience matters, but so do attitude, effort, and a willingness to grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $50,000–$200,000+ per year, commission-based

Schedule: Self-determined
