Located in Big Sky, Montana, Lone Mountain Ranch is a historic guest ranch situated on 148 acres in the heart of the Greater Yellowstone ecosystem. First homesteaded in 1915, the Ranch has grown into one of the premier guest ranch destinations in the American West, offering a unique blend of authentic hospitality, rich history, thoughtful luxury, and year-round outdoor adventure.

The property features 25 hand-hewn cabins, the renowned Horn & Cantle Restaurant and Saloon, the Ranch Hall, the Outpost, equestrian facilities, Nordic ski trails, event spaces, and expansive access to the surrounding Montana landscape. About the Role

The Concierge at Lone Mountain Ranch serves as a key connection point between our guests and the experiences that make the Ranch so memorable. From coordinating dining reservations and outdoor adventures to assisting with special requests and personalized itineraries, this role helps ensure every guest experience feels thoughtful, seamless, and genuine.

This position is ideal for someone who is warm, detail-oriented, and naturally service-minded. The Concierge works closely with the Front Desk, Activities, Food & Beverage, Transportation, and Housekeeping teams to create exceptional guest experiences while helping maintain the welcoming and personalized atmosphere that defines the Ranch.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality
• Coordinate dining reservations, activities, transportation, and special guest requests
• Provide personalized recommendations on local attractions, outdoor recreation, events, and Ranch experiences
• Communicate closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth and consistent guest service
• Maintain detailed guest notes, itineraries, and reservation information with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with last-minute changes or guest concerns in a calm and solution-focused manner
• Anticipate opportunities to elevate the guest experience through thoughtful touches and personalized service
• Support overall Ranch operations by contributing positively to the guest experience and team environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, concierge services, or a related guest-facing role preferred
• Strong knowledge of the Big Sky area and surrounding outdoor recreation opportunities preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and professional demeanor
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• Comfortable using reservation systems, guest communication platforms, and technology
• Able to remain composed and adaptable in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences
