About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Current RN License required Certifications: ASN or BSN, BLS Must-Have: - Previous Charge Experience - Charting System Experience - Travel Experience Description: Schedule requires 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Every fourth weekend rotation is expected. Location will include various counties. Candidates will undergo clinical review to determine fit. If clinical criteria are met, candidates will be forwarded for a final decision. Weekend coverage will follow the every fourth weekend rotation. Call requirements are not applicable. Floating to nearby counties may be necessary for patient care. Patients may include those with COVID. Facility is tobacco and fragrance-free. Experience in home health is required. Clinical skills required include admission assessment, medication administration, wound care, and more. Additional skills include case management and vital signs monitoring. OASIS documentation knowledge is essential. Candidates must be comfortable with home health hospice and infusion therapies. The facility prioritizes infection control precautions and symptom management.
