Direct Support Professional (DSP)

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Alora Supports, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered services to individuals across Nebraska. Our approach is centered around building meaningful relationships, providing consistency, and becoming a trusted part of the person's support system. We believe that exceptional support is personal, and we're looking for DSPs who share our passion for delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes, communities, and day programs
Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management
Encourage independence, promote socialization, and foster friendships
Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet unique needs and goals
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
Document progress and communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other stakeholders
About the Role:
As a DSP at Alora Supports, you will work part-time hours and enjoy a stable and rewarding work environment
