Operational Excellence Leader - CI & Lean
Chromalloy Gas Turbine LLC
Chromalloy is seeking a CI Manager to lead Operational Excellence Deployment at the site. You will develop a culture of learning, provide technical support, and coach teams in OPEX processes to grow continuous improvement capabilities across the operation. The role requires 5+ years in continuous improvement within manufacturing or repair environments, plus strong leadership and communication skills.
