A well-established insurance agency in Bossier City, LA is seeking a motivated P & C Licensed Sales Representative to support property insurance sales, customer account service, and relationship-based business growth. Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and service customer accounts with professionalism, accuracy, and timely follow-up.
- Review client policies to evaluate coverage needs and identify potential gaps.
- Recommend property insurance coverage solutions based on client goals, policy reviews, and account needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and dependable service.
- Assist with policy updates, renewals, documentation, and general customer inquiries.
- Support agency growth through customer service, account development, and relationship-based sales activity.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $17 per hour.
- Annual compensation equivalent: up to $35,360.
- Commission opportunities available upon hire.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Service and maintain property insurance customer accounts.
- Review insurance policies and identify coverage needs or potential gaps.
- Recommend coverage options and support relationship-based sales activity.
- Assist with renewals, documentation, account updates, and customer inquiries.

- Property and Casualty license preferred or willingness to build a career in the insurance industry.
- Less than 1 year of experience accepted.
- Strong customer service, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to review details accurately and maintain organized account documentation.
- Comfortable discussing insurance coverage options with customers in a professional manner.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and interest in long-term growth in insurance sales.

Preferred Qualifications

- Current Property and Casualty insurance license.
- Previous experience in property insurance sales, insurance customer service, or account support.
- Experience working in a professional office or agency environment.
- Ability to build trust with customers and grow accounts through quality service.
