Production Line Ready

• 1+ years of experience
• Lift (up to) 60 lbs. and stack product safely
• Able to read and understand directions, blueprints, procedures, and specification sheets.
• Able to take inventory of products used on the Wash Line.
• Able to measure volumes to determine the concentration of Wash Line chemical mixes.
• Current Forklift Operator Certification.
• Able to clearly communicate with all other operators throughout the Recon floor.

Your Day at the Plant

• Operate and monitor industrial parts washing systems , including spray, spin, and tote/bin cleaning equipment
• Ensure all cleaning processes meet quality and production standards
• Set up, adjust, and maintain automated wash line equipment and process controls
• Monitor and maintain chemical levels, concentrations, and system performance
• Perform routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance checks
• Track and manage chemical inventory , notifying leadership when reorder levels are reached
• Safely handle and move parts using hoists, manipulators, and manual positioning techniques
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality protocols
• Communicate process updates, issues, and improvement opportunities to supervisors
