Senior Servicing Transformation Lead - Banking & Cards (Remote)

Highbrow LLC is seeking a Senior Servicing Transformation Consultant / SME for a remote engagement in the United States. You will help define future-state agent-assisted customer servicing workflows, identify AI opportunities, shape the servicing operating model, and participate in solutioning workshops and client discussions.
The role requires 15+ years in Banking, Cards, or Financial Services, plus hands-on experience in contact center operations, agent-assisted servicing, and transformation
