IT Systems Administrator
Cross Environmental Services, Inc. (CES) is seeking a hands-on IT Systems Administrator to serve as the primary internal IT resource. This on-site role supports daily IT operations and works closely with an outsourced Managed Services Provider (MSP).
The ideal candidate is a strong IT generalist who enjoys supporting users directly, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining secure, reliable systems.
This is not a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support for ~31 users across three office locations
- Serve as the primary internal point of contact for IT issues
- Coordinate escalations and projects with the MSP
- Support Microsoft 365 (user accounts, email, Teams, SharePoint)
- Assist with workstation, printer, and basic network troubleshooting
- Support onboarding/offboarding (devices, access, accounts)
- Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory
- Assist with cybersecurity practices and endpoint protection
- Support CMMC Level 1 documentation and self-assessment efforts
- Coordinate with ISPs, copier vendors, and software providers
