Job Description Transactional Legal Assistant/Paralegal for downtown boutique firm. 3-5+ years of corporate, real estate or other transactional law experience. This position will lean a little more towards billable work, with some administrative tasks. Prior law firm experience is required. This role will support the transactional team (3-4 attorneys) and include assisting with preparation of closing documents and binders, tracking and calendaring key transaction dates, forming entities and filing with the Secretary of State, and handling some basic drafting (e.g., formation documents, consents, and simple amendments).
