Client Service Specialist/Financial Paraplanner

Job Overview Golden Reserve is looking for an experienced Client Services Specialist (CSS). The role combines paraplanning and client services coordination, not a purely administrative position. Responsibilities Manage the entire back‑end client sales process, from building client Roadmaps to executing insurance applications. Deliver world‑class first‑line ongoing client support and service. Facilitate start‑to‑finish insurance application execution. Support monthly seminars and weekly TV & Radio shows across Ohio as part of the CSS team. What We Expect (Requirements) 2+ years of experience in financial services. Expertise in life insurance and annuity applications, including completion, monitoring, and management. Strong grit, accountability, ownership, problem‑solving, and toughness. What We Provide Dedicated CSS Captains – up to three team members to support workload, new‑business support, and policy training. Competitive annual salary of $70,000–$100,000. Occasional evening hours may be required for educational workshops, and overtime is paid.
