The person should have a deep understanding of semiconductor devices and silicon processing technology. Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:Design semiconductor devices and define process DOE splits in the fabSetup test measurements in lab and collect automated data as neededExperience with CMOS technology development, characterization, modeling, or process integration.Experience with semiconductor device characterization, device physics, and TCAD simulation tools (Sentaurus, Silvaco, or similar)Define optimum process and device layoutsSupport technology qualification and implementation for new productsSupport production ramp up of new technologies and productsMinimum Qualifications:Advanced degree in electrical engineering, material science or similar discipline. PhD is preferred. Expertise in lab measurement and data analysis toolsStrong analytical mind, problem solving skills, good communicator and team playerFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
