Compensation: Minimum Offer $39.69 per hour, Maximum Offer $53.55 per hour. Type of Opportunity: PRN, FTE: 0.00, Job Exempt: No, Work Shift: Varied Days and Hours (United States of America). This role prioritizes and coordinates nursing interventions efficiently, ensuring the safe and effective use of time and resources while practicing within a standards‑based care framework. The RN collaborates with the healthcare team, supports patient and family needs, and contributes to a positive, professional care environment. Qualifications Licensure: State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License or Graduate Nurse License required. Academic Preparation: Degree from accredited academic nursing program; Minimum ADN preparation with expectation of BSN completion within 5 years of hire.
