In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for your clients — ensuring satisfaction, securing renewals, and identifying opportunities for enhancements that improve both the property and the partnership. Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of premier commercial landscape accounts in the Dallas area
- Build strong client relationships and ensure contract renewals
- Proactively upsell enhancements and improvements
- Oversee quality service delivery and resolve client concerns with urgency
