Western Carolina Treatment Center is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team!

Make a Difference in the Lives of Our Patients

Western Carolina Treatment Center provides Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for individuals struggling with Opioid Use Disorder. Our approach combines medical care, counseling, and ongoing support to help patients work toward stability, recovery, and improved quality of life.

As an LPN on our team, you will play an important role in providing compassionate, safe, and respectful care to our patients. You will work alongside medical providers, counselors, and other members of our treatment team to support each patient's individual needs.

What You'll Do

Our LPNs are an essential part of our daily operations and patient care. Responsibilities may include:

• Providing nursing care and support to patients participating in our treatment program
• Administering medications according to established protocols
• Monitoring and documenting patient information
• Assisting with patient assessments and other clinical needs
• Working collaboratively with medical providers and counselors
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Supporting a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for patients
• Following all applicable clinical, regulatory, and organizational policies

What We're Looking For

We are looking for dependable, compassionate LPNs who enjoy working with people and want to be part of a team focused on helping individuals achieve meaningful change.

Qualifications include:

• Current, unrestricted North Carolina LPN license
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate and nonjudgmental approach to patient care
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health, or Medication-Assisted Treatment is a plus, but not required
