Occupational Health Services Associate

Job Description The Occupational Health Services (OHS) Associate will perform a variety of complex tasks, including customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with drug and occupational health testing regulations, and providing high-quality service to clients. Responsibilities Schedule donor occupational health testing within vendor systems. Process and complete drug and occupational health testing results to ensure delivery to clients. Learn and understand the regulated processes for both drug and occupational health testing. Consult with vendors, labs, clinics, and medical review services on abnormal test situations or results. Work with internal teams to assist clients. Respond to incoming calls or emails from clients, internal departments, and vendors requesting information about test results. Attend meetings and meet production and quality standards of the company/department. Record details of all calls and tasks, as well as actions taken, into Salesforce. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Assist in maintaining service level agreements (SLAs). Contribute to a positive team environment and create/maintain work instructions and Milo flow charts. Multitask, make decisions, and work independently as well as with a team. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Ability to complete work with minimal errors under limited supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive). Ability to multitask while reading or typing while talking on the phone. Strong written and verbal comprehension and expression skills. Typing speed of 35+ WPM. Previous experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is preferred. Must take ownership, be open, work as one, and stay curious. Compensation: $16.00 per hour, with pay varying based on experience, knowledge, and training. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, commission, or other variable pay plan.
