Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8 hour schedule from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient role, with some responsibilities in inpatient care. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience, with 2 years preferred. First-time travelers are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment to patients in outpatient settings
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver optimal patient care
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises and treatments

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Active physical therapy license or compact license required at the time of submission
• Experience with a charting system (Community Hospital experience preferred)
• References required: 1 reference
