Job Summary Citi is seeking a highly motivated candidate for the position of Equities Electronic Trading Technology Production Support Lead Analyst within the global support team located on the NY trading floor. The successful candidate will provide technical support and production management for our suite of Equities E‑trading applications, working closely with development, QA, and business teams and partnering with regional support teams across the globe. Responsibilities Own and provide L2 support for mission‑critical Equities E‑trading applications. Work closely with development, QA, and business support teams to determine strategy and priorities, ensuring the team meets business requirements and communicates progress to stakeholders. Provide technical application support, monitoring applications and the technical platform, and answering queries via phone, e‑mail, and other communication channels. Maintain detailed knowledge of applications and upstream/downstream dependencies, including application processes and database schema, without typically reading the application code. Perform problem‑solving tasks and prepare appropriate logs and formats before handing over to other teams. For major issues, make key technical recommendations based on system knowledge and process flows. Follow through to ensure each problem is resolved according to SLA. Effectively communicate issues and status updates with business support, regional colleagues, and development teams. Essential Skills Equities support experience (minimum 5 years). Trade floor support experience. FIX knowledge. Python and Perl (team also supports Java applications). Linux/Unix shell scripting. SQL database skills. Clear communication skills. Team attitude. Passion to grow within production support space. 6–10 years of application support experience. Ability to share information with other support team members and technology teams. Ability to plan and organize workload. Ability to communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholders. Demonstrated analytical skills. Nice to Have KDB experience. Education Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience. Salary Range $142,320.00 – $213,480.00 (Full‑time). Additional discretionary and incentive awards may apply.
