Senior Reliability Test Engineer - Environmental Simulation Lab

Eurofins seeks a Senior Reliability Test Engineer to perform and oversee environmental and electrical product testing in an accredited laboratory. The role involves developing test plans, maintaining specialized equipment, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with international standards while collaborating with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot environmental testing equipment including thermal chambers and vibration tables
• Develop test plans and execute environmental and electrical tests per ISO 17025, ASTM, and MIL-STD standards
• Analyze test data and prepare detailed engineering reports for customers and stakeholders
• Perform root cause analysis and lead corrective action initiatives using Six Sigma and FMEA techniques
• Train laboratory personnel on equipment operation and develop standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
• 10+ years environmental testing, sustaining engineering, or reliability engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with climatic, mechanical, and corrosion test equipment
• Knowledge of data acquisition and analysis tools (LabVIEW, MATLAB, Minitab, Python)
• Familiarity with failure analysis, predictive maintenance, and statistical process control
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• U.S. work authorization without restriction or sponsorship requirement

Compensation: $40–$55 per hour
