Hemodialysis RN Career Opportunity Embark on a fulfilling career as a Hemodialysis RN at Encompass Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care to individuals with kidney disease using state‑of‑the‑art dialysis technology. Your Role Involves Providing direct hemodialysis patient care to inpatients. Supervising treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. Building rewarding relationships by understanding patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery. Educating nursing staff on hemodialysis patient care, equipment, and standards of care. Qualifications Current RN licensure as required by state regulations. CPR certification. ACLS certification within one year of hire. CRRN certification preferred (training provided if necessary). Minimum six months of dialysis nursing experience.
