This position is critical in supporting the company’s operational strategies for exponential growth and establishing operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage large scale operations and logistics projects, from concept through execution, including product launches, network optimization, and process improvementsCreate project trackers with deadlines and tasks with clear communication of milestones, roles/responsibilities, and deadlines to completionManage project scope, budgets, risks, and timelines using structured project management methodologiesSynthesize and connect data from several sources into manageable data points to support operations, and logistics projectsDrive cross-functional communication and ensure stakeholder alignment at all levels of the organizationOversee vendor and supplier coordination on projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligationsAnalyze supply chain data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvementLead change management efforts related to system implementations, process redesigns, organizational shiftsAbility to summarize and highlight key findings from all analysis performed for senior management reviewCreate Operational and Logistical KPIs and executive dashboards for transparency and actionLead and project manage RFP efforts and 3PL go-live planningOutstanding problem-solving experience, using data to identify an issue, implementing a course of action, and seeing it through to completionOperations and supply chain experience with understanding of warehouse operations, logistics and revenue impactful strategiesSkills, Knowledge & ExpertiseBachelor’s degree minimum, in supply chain management, logistics, business management, or related field5-7 years of related work experience including data analysis and project management within the logistics, warehousing, supply chain, manufacturing field necessaryMust be a critical thinker, self-starter, with strong problem-solving skillsAdvanced computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint - experience with creating executive presentations), Power BI, Looker, TableauManagement software (Asana, Jira, Notion, etc.), and LookerNetSuite experience is preferredStrong project management, and analytical backgroundAbility to engage in multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to prioritize tasks on a short- and long-term basisStrong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customersTime management and organizational skills Strong relationship skills with collaborative mind-set and responsivenessAbility to quickly learn new applications and processesGrowth-mindset, learning attitude and curiosityDemonstrable capability to analyze and collect data without clear direction, including cross-reference data validation with critical attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentApparel ecommerce with retail/wholesale experience is highly preferredPMP certification is highly preferredJob BenefitsBenefits, Culture and PerksBenefits and CultureUp to 100% Company Paid Healthcare (medical, dental, vision)Kind Body Fertility Benefits 401(k) savings plan with up to 4% matchUnlimited PTO Full Access to LinkedIn learningEmployee Discounts Perks (HQ Location)Free weekly catered lunch at HQ – M/T/W/ThDog-Friendly office on a Thursday and FridayFree Swag Giveaways Annual Holiday PartyAnnual Summer Party Invitations to pop-ups and other company events Complimentary daily office snacks and beveragesDepartmentOperations and Logistics Employment TypeFull TimeWorkplace typeOnsite
