Responsibilities include:Providing telephone and in-office triage for pediatric patientsAssessing physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of children and familiesAdministering vaccines, medications, and performing clinical proceduresEducating patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive careCoordinating care for patients with chronic conditions and complex healthcare needsSupporting patients after emergency room visits and hospital dischargesCollaborating closely with pediatricians, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and administrative staffMaintaining accurate documentation within our electronic medical record systemHelping ensure smooth daily clinic operations and exceptional patient experiencesRequirementsCurrent Massachusetts RN or LPN licenseGraduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent BLS certificationStrong clinical judgment and communication skillsAbility to work independently while thriving as part of a teamCommitment to providing compassionate, family-centered pediatric careExperience in pediatrics preferred, but passionate nurses with transferable skills are encouraged to applyFor generations, families throughout the North Shore have trusted Pediatric Associates of Greater Salem to provide compassionate, high-quality pediatric care.
