$60,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client needs and drive business growth.
• Cultivate strong client relationships by providing tailored financial solutions and exceptional service.
• Oversee the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to share insights, address challenges, and celebrate successes together.
