Studio Manager

Job Overview Do you have a head for business and a heart for yoga? At Ritual Hot Yoga, Studio Managers play pivotal roles in inspiring student communities and empowering teachers. They are responsible for overseeing every aspect of our luxury studio, from maintaining its vibrancy to driving continuous improvement. These managerial roles focus on leading the studio towards sustained growth while celebrating each success along the way. Responsibilities Achieve sales metrics and drive revenue growth. Manage budgets and oversee financial performance. Ensure high‑quality classes that meet studio standards. Develop and execute strategies for member recruitment and retention. Qualifications Prior team leadership experience, including training and providing feedback to team members. Experience leading sales strategies. Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to lead within the Ritual culture. 200‑Hour RYS Teaching Certification is a plus but not required.
