Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support integrations between SAP S/4HANA and SAP/non-SAP applications. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in SAP integration technologies, APIs, middleware, data mapping, interface development, and end-to-end integration architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions between SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain integrations using SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), and SAP API Management.
• Configure and support interfaces using IDoc, RFC, BAPI, OData, SOAP, REST, and APIs.
• Develop integration flows, mappings, transformations, routing, exception handling, and monitoring processes.
• Integrate SAP with cloud platforms, legacy applications, banking systems, CRM, HR, procurement, logistics, and external business applications.
• Analyze integration requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Design data mappings and transformation logic between SAP and external systems.
• Troubleshoot interface failures, performance issues, connectivity problems, and data inconsistencies.
• Configure security mechanisms including OAuth, certificates, authentication, authorization, and secure communication protocols.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams including FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM, and other business functions.
• Support SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation initiatives by assessing and modernizing existing interfaces.
• Develop technical specifications, interface design documents, mapping documents, and integration architecture diagrams.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and support UAT and production deployments.
• Monitor integrations and proactively identify and resolve production issues.
• Follow integration standards, development methodologies, security requirements, and governance processes.
• Coordinate with business analysts, developers, architects, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on integration best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP integration experience with strong hands-on implementation experience.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC integrations.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP Integration Suite / SAP CPI.
• Experience with SAP API Management and API-based integration.
• Strong knowledge of IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, OData, SOAP, REST, and web services.
• Experience developing integration flows using SAP Cloud Integration.
• Strong understanding of data transformation, message mapping, routing, exception handling, and interface monitoring.
• Experience integrating SAP with both cloud-based and on-premises applications.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with authentication and security mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, SSL/TLS, certificates, and SSO.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Integration Suite certification is preferred.
• Experience with SAP BTP and related services.
• Experience with SAP Event Mesh and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) architecture.
• Experience with EDI, AS2, XML, JSON, CSV, and flat-file integrations.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations and integration remediation.
• Knowledge of SAP functional modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM, and Ariba.

Education
