We are a rapidly expanding agency with double digit growth over the last six years, seeking to strengthen our team in Florence and the surrounding areas. We are looking for a compassionate and service oriented Outside Sales Professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners and employees, ensuring their needs are met and they feel supported.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing solutions that help them achieve their goals. Offer personalized service and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Make a positive difference in the community by offering top tier products that support and protect families.
• Work closely with team members, sharing insights and strategies to collectively achieve sales targets. Support your colleagues and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
• Participate in hands-on training and development programs from day one, embracing opportunities for personal and professional growth.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; sales experience and a health insurance license are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Earnings Potential: $60,000 - $120,000+ in the first year, with additional bonuses of $100 to $5,000+ per month.

Job Type

Fulltime Bonuses: $500-$5,000+ per month Benefits: Flexible schedule, Health insurance options, Stock earnings

Schedule

Monday to Friday(primarily traditional business hours)

Requirements

• Ability to commute and meet face to face
• Bachelor Degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Driver's license (required);
• Health insurance license is a plus. Ability to obtain license is a requirement
• 3-5 years of work experience.
