Position Summary We are seeking a talented, competitive, and results-driven Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced sales cycle environment. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in achieving our ambitious revenue growth and customer acquisition targets across key industries like healthcare, education, and government. The ideal candidate possesses a strong phone presence, enjoys active prospecting, and is energized by turning inbound leads and cold calls into long-term client relationships. You should feel confident making around 40 outbound contacts per day, partnering with channel vendors and driving deals from interest to closure. Key Responsibilities Source new sales opportunities through proactive inbound lead follow-up, cold calls (~40 per day), and targeted email outreach. Consult with prospective clients to understand their unique security, access control, and identity management requirements. Perform clear, effective online product demos and system walk-throughs for prospective decision-makers. Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest across assigned target territories. Route qualified high-value opportunities to field sales executives for deeper development and contract execution. Close sales directly to consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue quotas. Team up with channel hardware and software partners to expand our pipeline. Maintain and continuously grow your database of prospective accounts within a structured CRM. Qualifications & Required Skills Proven experience in inside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. Strong phone presence with comfortable experience high-volume cold dialing. Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce.com or equivalent) and web presentation/productivity tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Office 365). Outstanding verbal, written, and active listening skills with the ability to explain technical products simply. Strong multi-tasking, time management, and task prioritization capabilities.
