(Chart by exception)If you are someone with:NAC/HCA current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.CNA license or two years previous experience as a caregiverWA State Mental Health & Dementia Specialist Training preferredAbility to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.Must have at least one year experience passing medications and knowledge of Emar and electronic health recordsKing County Good Handler Permit or the ability to obtainActual pay rate within stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire.Physical Requirements: This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday.
