Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials to create cabinets and custom millwork.
• Operate woodworking equipment such as table saws, routers, edge banders, planers, and sanders.
• Install hardware, drawers, doors, hinges, and other cabinet components.
• Perform sanding, fitting, and finishing preparation to ensure quality workmanship.
• Repair or modify existing cabinets as required.
• Inspect completed products to verify accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and customers to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in cabinet making, woodworking, carpentry, or millwork fabrication.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mathematical and measuring skills.
• Knowledge of woodworking materials, construction methods, and hardware.
• Ability to safely operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials up to 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working in a shop or construction environment.
