We pair it all with knowledgeable staff and unmatched service.As part of a highly successful global organization, we are growing - and we're looking for driven professionals to grow with us.Who We're Looking ForThe Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and expanding market share within an assigned territory. This role focuses on contractors, municipalities, property managers, and commercial accounts.This is not a desk job or an entry-level sales role. You will be working independently in the field on a daily basis, cold calling on new customers, building face-to-face relationships, solving problems, and closing business.We are looking for an experienced, restless salesperson with a track record of success growing sales. You will be expected to prospect consistently, manage your pipeline professionally, and close business.If you are honest, hardworking, competitive, and driven to grow a territory - APPLY TODAY!What Success Looks LikeConsistent new account acquisitionRevenue growth within assigned territoryStrong margin managementLong-term customer relationshipsProfessional representation of the SealMaster brandWhat We OfferA competitive salary with annual bonus.401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing.Medical, dental, and vision insuranceShort and long-term disability coverage.Paid vacation and holidays.Primary Function:Obtain new business by establishing and maintaining effective contact with potential buyers while strengthening relationships with existing customers.Key Responsibilities:Identify viable leads and acquire new business to meet revenue goalsConsistently prospect and perform cold callsPrepare and deliver professional sales presentationsFollow up with decision-makers and close salesManage and grow existing customer accountsDeliver accurate, timely quotesMaintain thorough knowledge of SealMaster's products, services, and pricingPromote all product lines including pavement sealer, sports surfacing, maintenance equipment, tools, rentals, and repair servicesParticipate in trade shows, marketing events, and industry functionsTravel daily (7am-5pm, Monday-Friday) with approximately 30 overnights per year.Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and ExperienceEducational and experience requirements include: High School diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Sales or related field) but not required. Minimum 2 years of outside sales or cold-calling experience with proven results. Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Highly motivated self-starter able to work independently. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs consistently.
