- Pay: $80.00 per hour – $84.00 per hour
- Shift: Monday – Friday 8-hour day shifts
- Department: Primary Care (Ambulatory)
- Location: Palo Alto, CA
- Duration: 13 weeks initially

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current and active California RN license
- BLS certification through AHA
- Minimum 1-2 year of Registered Nurse experience including ambulatory setting experience
- Epic In-Basket experience
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient multispecialty setting
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and interpret clinical data accurately
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team
- Safely administer treatments and monitor patients for effectiveness and adverse reactions
- Manage patient communications and follow-ups
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns as needed
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines
- Prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to floating between departments within the building
