Care Coordinator for Therapeutic Foster CarePosition at Clarvida - TennesseeLocation: Chattanooga, TN (Community-based) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 19.23 hourlyAbout the RoleClarvida is seeking a Care Coordinator for Therapeutic Foster Care to support foster families and ensure the safety, stability, and well-being of children placed in care. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between foster parents, children, internal teams, and community partners while ensuring compliance with state regulations and program standards.
