Responsibilities include:Operation and maintenance of various high speed/high-capacity multifunction printersMoving/relocating equipment within and/or between facilitiesInterviewing clients as part of pre-deployment asset discoveryRepair/replace defective equipmentUpdating asset management system to reflect work performedInstalling and maintaining PC hardware and software and applying specific configuration profilesTroubleshooting network usage and computer peripheralsPerforming system backups and data recoveryResolving network communication problemsE-mail administrationNetwork securityPreparing assets for disposition and other administrative dutiesNetwork operations and maintenanceFamiliarity with inside and outside plant operationsFamiliarity with routers, switches, firewalls, etc.Familiarity with cabling and splicing, etc.May also involve transporting equipment between multiple facilities within an assigned service area, as directed by an IT representativeResponsible for all deployment, downloads, doing local installationsJob Requirements:High school diplomaBasic training in IT support, to include relevant on the job training1-2 years relative experienceDOD Public Trust Clearance (or ability to obtain)Qualifications:Excellent customer service and excellent organizational skills are required.Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels are required.A professional attitude regarding attention to detailAccurate and timely submission of required reports, documentation, etc.Licensed and able to drive a vehicleAbility to climb a 10ft ladder and lift at least 40lbsThe successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship.Telos maintains a drug-free workplace and will conduct drug testing on all applicants who have accepted an offer of employment.
