Work You’ll Do As a Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation (Salesforce) you will: Lead Salesforce product development from discovery through delivery, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to client business needs.Engage end customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, document user stories, and define clear acceptance criteria.Prioritize the backlog with the Product Owner based on business value, delivery urgency, dependencies, and security considerations.Serve as Scrum Master for two-week sprints by facilitating planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.Provide leadership to the development team by removing blockers, managing risks, coordinating dependencies, and driving accountability.Document accomplishments and deliverables for clients through sprint summaries, status reports, demos, release notes, and UAT support. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $118,000 to $170,000.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
