Patient Services Specialist

$18 per hour

Description
Warmly greet every patient with eye contact, a smile, and a positive statement
Guide and explain new patients through paperwork and be a resource for any questions they may have
Patient Registration
insurance authorizations and verifications
Collect co-pays
Excellent customer service
Skills
Medical, healthcare, front desk, EMR, Insurance, Copays, patient demographics
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must have at least 1+ years working in a medical front desk/general front desk/customer service rep type role.
Must have excellent customer service in person and over the phone
Must be able to multitask and manage heavy workload
Must have strong computer skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westerville, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
