POSITION OVERVIEW: The ideal candidate will combine commercial drywall expertise with strong estimating capabilities to drive business growth while maintaining exceptional client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and present comprehensive project estimates
• Lead sales initiatives and client presentations
• Analyze blueprints and technical specifications
• Provide technical guidance to project stakeholders
• Manage contract negotiations
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven commercial drywall construction experience
• Proficiency in Quick Bid and On-Screen Takeoff software
• Strong analytical and estimation skills
• Excellence in written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated relationship-building abilities
• Detail-oriented project management capabilities
• Understanding of drywall/ceiling industry methods and materials
