Position Overview As a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer for Mustache Mortgage, you will be responsible for being the direct contact for our clients and providing them with the best level of customer service, as well as… Responsibilities Recommending to client’s loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements. Managing a portfolio of customer relationships. Seeking prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients. Responsible for sales calls. Developing and preparing loan solutions and referring products and services. Reviewing loan documentation to ensure compliance. Managing customer pipeline for efficiency. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions. Collecting and analyzing customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers. Requirements Minimum High School Diploma or higher. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience. The following interpersonal skills are helpful: Team player, motivated, responsible, dependable, able to communicate effectively and always having a positive attitude. Basic level of proficiency using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
