Radiology - MRI Tech

MRI Tech
Position will be 4-10 hour shifts from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM. No weekends are required. Required certifications include BLS and ARRT. Documentation system experience with Epic is preferred. The MRI department has 3 Siemens MRI scanners: Skyra Fit, Prisma Fit, and Sola. A variety of patients are seen, including many pre-operative and cancer patients. Frequent exams performed include MRI brain with and without contrast, MRI abdomen with and without contrast, and MRI knee without contrast. The tech will be expected to prep MRI patients prior to exams. No call is associated with this position. Holidays will only be required if needed to meet contracted weekly hours. The department typically sees a daily caseload of around 20 patients per scanner. Experience with X-Ray procedures is preferred but not required. Two professional references are required, with at least one from a managerial or supervisory role.
