Now Hiring: Overnight Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
Locations: Nampa & Meridian
Schedule: Night Shift | 10:00 PM 6:00 AM

In this role, youll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting, helping them feel safe, respected, and empowered as they work toward greater independence and live fulfilling lives.

What Youll Do

• Provide support with overnight care and ensure a safe, calm environment
• Assist with daily living needs such as personal care, meals, and medication support
• Offer encouragement, emotional support, and companionship
• Help residents build independence and life skills
• Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing home environment
• Accurately document care and communicate with team members
• Collaborate with families and healthcare providers to support individualized care plans

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Caregiving or human services experience is a plus (we will train the right person!)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid drivers license with reliable, insured, and registered transportation
• CPR/First Aid and Medication Certification (training links can be provided)

• Overnight | 10:00 PM 6:00 AM
• Friday & Saturday (Male client)

Nampa

• Overnight | 10:00 PM 6:00 AM
• Monday, Wednesday , Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Male clients)
