CATERING ATTENDANT (FULL TIME)

Catering Attendant We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Catering Attendant position. Location: Palo Alto Networks – 3000 Tannery Way, Santa Clara, CA 95054. Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday; hours may vary. Open availability is required. Pay Range: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour. Requirements: Previous catering experience is required. A valid food handler's card is required. A valid driver’s license may be required. Food handler’s and, where required by state law, alcohol server’s permits must be obtained. Responsibilities Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations. Log and maintain food temperatures. Arrange tables, decorations, and buffet tables with food, beverage, and service items according to standards. Serve food and beverages to guests. Thoroughly clean the location after the event is completed. Return food, beverages, serving equipment, and utensils to the catering facility. Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions. Stock, clean, and maintain catering facility and equipment. Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times. Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the complete menu and products on hand. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Follow safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid driver’s license may be required; must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler’s permit and/or alcohol server’s permit where required by state law.
