Additionally, we lease trailers, mobile storage containers, and portable toilets, as well as develop and lease commercial real estate and self-storage, proximate to the Hagerstown Maryland area.Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Specialist / Technician to join our team. Reporting to the IT Administrator or management, this experienced IT professional will provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position offers extensive opportunities to learn, work on a wide variety of projects, and grow into a department leadership role.Qualifications:Proficiency in Windows-based operating systems (Windows 10/11), iOS, and AndroidKnowledge of Microsoft 365 products, SharePoint, Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, Intune and related applicationsFamiliarity with Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 & 2025 and SQL ServerExperience with Scale Computing or Hyper-V is a plusRelevant certifications such as A+, Security+, Network+ or Fundamentals are preferredKnowledge of LAN/WAN Networking concepts requiredKnowledge of MS Excel Macros, VBA and MS SQL programming helpfulExperience in Sage Applications, Point-of-Rental, AWE ESys, PetroSoft is beneficialExperience with VoIP phone systems is beneficialAn accounting background is helpful but not requiredAbility to quickly learn and adapt to multiple software applicationsStrong understanding of internet security and data privacy principlesAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company informationEffective verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsProficient with troubleshooting hardware/software issuesCreative problem-solving ability and a willingness to think outside the boxKey Responsibilities:Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair end-user hardware, software, and network issues through phone, email, and in-person supportAnalyze and document reported production outages/issues, assessing their severity and impactManage users and groups in Active Directory while adhering to information security protocolsImage, deploy, and configure workstations; facilitate new user setups, including orientation on software and equipment usageInstall, maintain, upgrade, and repair company hardware and software applicationsOrganize and schedule system upgrades and maintenance as requiredResearch and recommend modern technologies to improve business operationsWork both independently and as part of a team to resolve technical challengesParticipate in on-call support as neededPerform additional duties as assigned by managementPhysical Demands:Requires minimum lifting ability of 30 pounds; may require heavy lifting of 50+ pounds with assistance from other team members and/or equipmentBenefits:401(k) with employer matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programRetirement planVision insuranceExperience:IT: 3 years (required)If you are a motivated IT professional with a passion for troubleshooting and a commitment to delivering excellent technical support, we encourage you to apply! #J-18808-Ljbffr
