CDL-A Southeast Regional Driver

Job Details Pay: $1,300–$1,500 per week with all miles paid, loaded and empty. Weekly home time with predictable scheduling. Location: Baton Rouge, LA 70802. Freight: 100% no‑touch reefer freight. Sign‑on bonus: $3,000. Responsibilities Operate temperature‑controlled freight with a balanced mix of drop‑and‑hook and live‑load deliveries. Maintain efficient weekly movement with structured routing and consistent dispatch support. Equipment Kenworth T‑680 automatic trucks equipped with APU, inverter, refrigerator, and Bluetooth. Outward‑facing cameras only. SmartTruck UT6 aerodynamic‑equipped reefer trailers. Assigned equipment may be taken home with secure parking. Orientation and Benefits Company‑paid orientation with orientation pay. Part of the sign‑on bonus is included in the first paycheck. Medical, vision, prescription, and life insurance begin after 90 days. Rider and pet policy available with no waiting period. Paid vacation after one year, holiday pay after 90 days, and 401(k) eligibility after one year. Qualifications Valid Class A CDL. Ability to safely operate reefer equipment.
