Dental Assistant - Corrections

We’re looking for you to become a valued member of the healthcare team at our client’s medical facility!

**Pay Rate: ** $29 / hour

Details

• Full Time Schedules

• Some weekends may be required

• 8 or 12 hour shifts available depending on the facility

• Contract Position (flexible with shift availability is a plus)

• 40hours/week, Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Duties

• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures

• Prepare patients and treatment rooms

• Sterilize and organize dental instruments and equipment

• Take dental X-rays (as permitted by certification)

• Prepare and maintain dental materials and supplies

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care

• Record patient information and update dental records

• Schedule appointments and assist with administrative tasks

• Follow infection control and safety procedures

• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited educational institution

• Licensed as a Dental Assistant by the State in NC. The license MUST be in good standing

• 1 year of experience
