Job Summary Family Medicine Core Faculty Physician – Deliver exceptional primary care within the Creighton East Valley Family Medicine Residency Program in Gilbert, Arizona. Outpatient + Inpatient Outpatient Mon‑Fri days, Inpatient Tues‑Mon days Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular days Call is 1:4 or less (by telephone only) Outpatient: 16 patient‑facing hours, 16 precepting hours, 4 admin hours, 4 teaching hours per week Inpatient: Every 4th week or less frequently, 1 week at a time x 7 days with compensation days; no outpatient duties during inpatient week Average 18‑24 patients per day on outpatient days Great MA support and RN onsite Academic appointment at Creighton University School of Medicine, Phoenix – Open rank based on prior experience and academic output Teaching medical students, physician assistant students, and other learners Opportunities to get involved in both sponsor and investigator‑initiated research projects Compensation & Benefits Competitive 2‑year salary guarantee followed by RVU‑based compensation. Pay Range: $235,000 – $275,000 per year.
