Top 3 Skills Strategic sourcing and capital procurement Contract management and administration RFP/RFQ development and supplier selection What You'll Do Develop strategic sourcing plans and objectives based on demand forecasts and market conditions Apply Total Cost of Ownership models to sourcing decisions Develop Work Breakdown Structures and Statements of Work for project deliverables Identify risks and develop risk management plans Develop RFPs and RFQs for capital equipment, services, and facilities Lead pre-bid and post-award reviews and supplier selection decisions Manage various contract types, including fixed price, cost-plus, and time and material Monitor contract performance schedules and ensure scope is delivered to standard Lead the full lifecycle of contract management, from planning through project closeout What We Need From You Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Business, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; will accept no degree with 10+ years of applicable experience Minimum 7 years of experience in Capital Sourcing, Contract Administration, Procurement, or Construction Management Project procurement management experience, including planning and project development Strong understanding of contract language, business law, and the Uniform Commercial Code Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills Preferred / Bonus Certifications such as CPSM, PMP, or CSCP Experience in capital intensive industries such as manufacturing, energy, or construction Proficiency with procurement tools such as SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement, or Coupa Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau #J-18808-Ljbffr
